Now that the rough plumbing inside the building was completed and inspected on April 9, 2021, the Re-pour Phase could begin. Re-pour began on April 15, 2021. Trenches made by sawcutting for all the rerouted plumbing drains and vents were reinforced with rebar and then tied in to the existing floor slab. Concrete was then re-poured to match the original floor level in the Nursery and the areas of the new restrooms. The re-pour crew was very efficient, finishing their re-pour task in one day!
