Recent and Coming Events

Cedar Park First United Methodist Church has two regular, written publications to inform readers of upcoming and past events, as well as ongoing activities in the larger United Methodist Church, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Our weekly publication, sent via email, is called Happenings. Our monthly newsletter, also distributed via email, is called Connections. Read more about these below and subscribe or download a recent past issue. Hardcopy, mailed versions of these are also available upon request.

Immediately below is a slide show of recent events taking place in the life of our congregation over the last week or so. Live Stream Worship Videos

In March 2020, we began using Facebook for live streaming for our Sunday worship service. In April 2021, we added simultaneous live streaming to our YouTube Channel. In April 2025, we added livestreaming to our Rumble channel. For those who do not have a Facebook account, the worship service videos are saved and posted for viewing anytime here and also on our YouTube channel and on our Rumble channel.

Happenings

Happenings is our weekly email newsletter which describes the events in our congregation and in the Capital District, the Rio Texas Conference and the United Methodist Church at large.
