There are many opportunities for Bible study at Cedar Park First United Methodist Church. These opportunities are also available via Zoom for those who cannot participate in-person. Followers of the Word
Followers of the Word is a Sunday school class meets every Sunday from 9:45-10:30 a.m. in the Multi-Ministries Building Conference Room. They like to study a book of the Bible in a verse-by-verse fashion. Just show up and bring your Bible or we can provide you one! This class also provides a Zoom option for remote participants. Lectionary Bible Study
Lectionary Bible Study occurs every Tuesday morning from 10-11 a.m. in the Sanctuary. The study, which is led by Pastor Peter, is a consideration of the texts for the coming Sunday from the Revised Common Lectionary, which is the cycle of readings that many Protestant and Roman Catholic churches use in their Sunday worship services. This class also provides a Zoom option for remote participants. Contact Pastor Peter for more information. This Bible study does not require any advance reading or preparation by participants, Just show up with your Bible or we can provide you one!
